Registration

To participate in Conference as Author/ Attendee, the registration charges are as follows:

Others	₹8,000/-	$175
Attendees	₹1,200/-	$50

Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper. Author registration will be opened on the website soon.

A separate email with the paper upload code will be sent to you once registration is confirmed.

Submitted manuscripts should be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, Times New Roman, 10-pt font) (paper format link). The review version must be in English and not to exceed 6 pages of length (more than 6 pages have to pay Rs. 1000, for foreign authors $25 for every extra page). Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format A4 size (formatted for 8.5×11-inch paper) via the ICEI-2026 Microsoft CMT submission link.

Only authors who present the paper will receive presentation certificate.

Other (registered) shall get only participation certificates.

All registered authors shall get access to all ICEI-2026 sessions (9th January to 11th January 2026).
